Found child's fishing combo

In cattails at the SW corner of the biggest lake at Riverbend Ponds Natural Area off Prospect in Fort Collins, a colleague and I found a child's rod and reel, around the first of the month. I actually think I saw a father and son fishing in that same are several days before we found it. If you can identify it we can arrange for pickup. I am near Centerra SE of Loveland.
