I have a lot of experience in the department of General Contracting. But General Contracting the business is not for me. I worked for a company and had over 100 projects done under my watch. Ranging from 2,000$-90,000$. I was the Salesman, price maker, supervisor, customer relations, job planner, site planner, blueprint runner, material takeoff man, and in charge of hiring and firing all while finding new leads to pursue. I quit the job last year when my boss,(the owner) refused to fix a major mistake on a project we were working on and I have pretty much not had a job since. So I am looking for work to do. Maybe a good day by day boss. Not a boss like in the sense that you own me. I made that company lots of money. Because I was good at what I was doing. A lot of good referrals if you would like know more. I can do almost any job. If we can agree on trade, payment, or contract.
