We are looking for a motivated candidate with experience in janitorial cleaning in a commercial setting. The applicant needs to be on time, maintain a clean appearance, and is able to lift at least 50lbs. Attention to detail is extremely important. Must speak English. Duties include cleaning, vacuuming, light dusting, mopping, and removing the trash. All equipment and supplies are provided for you. VALID TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED. The job is located in Venice. It is for 5 nights a week Monday-thru Friday (Friday can be done on Saturday), consists of approximately 2 hours a night with another hour plus compensation when construction is finished. Starting time is anytime between 5:30-8:00 P.M. Starting Compensation is $35/day.
