Growing General Contracting Company is seeking cleaners who will be responsible for cleaning vacant apartments, buildings and/or grounds for properties located in Washington, DC. Primary responsibilities will be sweep and mop floors, clean buildings, sweep, clean surfaces, clean and disinfect, remove debris, vacuum and buffs floors, shampoos carpets, empties trash receptacles, replace lining of trash cans, use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. Mix various cleaning agents. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust and scrub surfaces clean. Identify and report possible repairs, and keeping areas neat and tidy. The right candidates must have exceptional customer service, must be honest, proficient in writing and speaking English.
