Need a contractor for 3 basement projects

Hey there, Our basement tenant will be moving out on May 8th, and we're hoping to get 3 projects done in it before the new tenant moves in on May 15th. 1. Flooring. It's a roughly 600 square foot area (the main living/kitchen area, the bedroom, and a hallway to the washer-dryer walkway). See photos attached (and sorry, I couldn't rotate them!). 2. Shelving. Installing 5-6 open shelves in the kitchen. 3. Replacing a door. Would be replacing the back, exterior door with a new door. We would need the contractor to provide all materials (which we would pay for, of course). Please only respond IF you're available to COMPLETE these projects between May 8th—May 15th. And please provide a quote for EACH of the projects. Thanks in advance!
