NEEDED ASAP: Painting Contractor Do you have excellent rehabbing skills and are you looking to make money? We are family-oriented, easy to work with, provide steady, repeat jobs, and IMMEDIATE PAY! We are experienced real estate investors with multiple renovations and currently have an approximate 1200sq. ft. townhouse in progress. We are looking for a skilled, reliable subcontractor, with their own transportation and tools, who is able to do: RESIDENTIAL Painting The Scope of Work for this project is: *PAINT WALL: Paint smooth finish plaster or plasterboard, with roller or spray gun. 2200 SF Paint smooth int wall, prime, 2 coats, flat/matte paint *PAINT MOULDING: Paint base, ceiling moulding, chair rail or door or window trim 250 LF Paint interior moulding, prime, 2 coats, semi-gloss paint *PAINT SMOOTH CEILING: Paint smooth finish plaster or plasterboard, with roller or spray gun. 1032 SF This work should take 2 men, 3-4 days.
