I need two tree stumps removed

Description

These two palm tree stumps were 2 year old foxtail palms before the freeze killed them. I'd like them removed, preferably hauled off, and a hole to remain so I can put two replacement in the ground. The are close to concrete and not in a place where machinery can easily be placed.
