Nouveau Quiche is hiring! Nouveau Quiche is local, seasonal, farm to table quiche made by husband and wife team, Armand Ignelzi and Sarah Axelrod. At Nouveau Quiche, we’ve spent a lot of time in the kitchen, reimagining & developing the perfect quiche. We are growing and expanding our reach online and at the farmers markets throughout Arizona. We are looking for a few AMAZING Sales Team Members to sell our products at the Farmers Markets on Saturdays. There is an opportunity to grow the position and add markets. Pay Range: $100/ day or 20% commission, whichever is higher plus tips. Bonus Opportunities Available! Primary Function: This position carries out transportation, set-up/breakdown, sales/distribution of Nouveau Quiche products, and record-keeping of inventory. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Transports all necessary materials for market. Including but not limited to: tables, tent, weights, tote, props, packaging, cashbox, clipboard, power cords, sanitizer, handwash, square card reader, oven, cooler, warmer, etc. 2. While on site at any Farmers’ Market provides premium sales service to all customers and ensures a high-quality market site is always maintained. This includes product knowledge, accurate and attractive signs, and fully stocked and appealing displays. 3. Site set-up, sales, and breakdown. This can include setting up tables, tables, stocking, writing and/or hanging signs, and making the market site ready for sales. 4. Post on social media outlets. 5. Create and maintain reoccurring customer base. 6. Performs other duties, as necessary. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Ability to operate professionally and positively in a sales representative position. • Effective communication skills. • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and promote Nouveau Quiche to customers fluidly and accurately. • Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty. Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements: • Experience in the sales, markets or restaurant field • A vehicle large enough to fit booth equipment • A smart phone with the ability to connect a credit card reader Physical Requirements: • Able to lift and carry up to 30-50 lbs independently • Able to stand for long periods of time We are hiring for Uptown Farmers Market and Downtown Phx Farmers Markets Uptown Market: 5757 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85012 Saturdays 8-1, Set up at 7 am Downtown Farmers Market: 721 N Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004 Saturdays 8-12, Set up at 7 am If interested, please email [email protected] or call 520.270.3836
