Culligan offers water softening, reverse osmosis drinking water, salt-free solutions, bottle-free coolers and water filtration systems for both residential and commercial customers. This is a fun, entry level position where you get to be on your feet most of the day. You will work with a small team and you will gain experience in the Water Treatment Industry. Culligan Santa Maria is looking for a team oriented individual for our production department. Job duties include bottled water line, back washing soft water tanks, cooler repair, and general maintenance. Depending on your skill set, you may also build hoses for our soft water tanks and repair / maintain reverse osmosis units. The ideal candidate should have an interest in water treatment, be physically fit, enjoy being on his/her feet most of the day, be a team player yet also able to work solo and have a positive attitude. This is a full time position, shifts are primarily Monday through Friday and vary throughout the week from an 8 AM start time to a 12:00 (noon) start time.
