Found dog on Via Inspirada today! Male, tan, wearing a dark green harness, neutered and chipped. Chip was never registered. Chip was placed by SPCA. He is with a kind gentleman that helped me get him to a vet but can only stay with him until the end of the weekend. Let’s get this sweet boy home!!!
