Female black & tan Chihuhua, appears to be about 2 - 2 1/2 years old or so. She seems to have been cared for by someone recently because she's not boney just scared. I'm going to take her to a vet in a few to get her scanned to see if she has a chip. If anyone lost a dog recently I may have her...
