Landlord Assistant - Part Time

Need a person to assist landlord with lawn mowing and yard work, cleaning and painting at several small apartment buildings in Syracuse, within two miles of City Hall. Help with repairs - a Plus. In addition to lawn care, hallways need to be cleaned once a week, and apartments need cleaning between tenants. Assist with painting, mostly inside, but may extend to outside painting. Need own transportation and clean, valid driver's license. Must be reliable, able to work well independently and unsupervised, able to communicate well and work well with others; also must exercise common sense. Likely working hours 9 - 5 weekdays, but may include some weekends. Work schedule is flexible - somewhat a function of weather, tenant moves and landlord's priorities. Great job for semi-retired person!
