Alaska Quality Sealcoat is looking to fill several foreman AND laborer positions. Compensation: $15-$45 DOE Full-Time Positions Experience preferred but we will train hard-working individuals. Duties may include: *Asphalt Prep (Clean Tools, Operate Paver, Rake Asphalt, Run Asphalt Saw, Wire Broom, Back Blower, Tack Coating). *Shoveling. *Operate different types of equipment. *SealCoating Labor (Power Washing, Hot Crack Sealing, Squeegeeing, Edgework, Torching,etc). *Must have the ability to run a crack melter and apply hot crack filler. *Parking Lot Striping (Design/Layout parking lots, run striping equipment, paint stencils, etc).
