LOST CAT Francis, 10-15 pounds, orange and white, 1.5 years old. Scraped and bloodied his nose before he disappeared. No tags, collar, or microchip. Last scene at the end of Richard St. (off Monroe/Wilcox), possibly moving towards Rutgers St. and beyond. Call Joyce at if you see him or are able to trap him. He is scared, runs fast and has never been outside before.
