Granite work

We need some granite work done as we would like to make a peninsula an island. This would require removing a base cabinet and some granite cuts and repolishing. Attached are a few pictures. A cut is needed on the left side that would then need to be polished, on the right it would need to be polished as there is a seam already there. We have a contractor that will handle the cabinet work, need someone to do the granite work but if you would be able to do both that would be great too. Ideally looking for someone that has the appropriate experience and tools to do the granite work. Would prefer to not have cuts done in the house. Flexible on timing. Please provide your experience with granite work, approximate price and if you could also do the cabinet work or not. Thank you!!
