Hi my name is James and I have started a business selling piroshkis. I call them my Jiroshkis since my name is James. If you don't know what they are I will explain. They are a Russian street comfort food that are extremely delicious. The are pieces of baked bread filled with ground beef, pureed onion and garlic, mozzarella cheese, white cheddar cheese, and the kicker-dill weed! I handmade them and have a safe food handlers license. I am not fully licensed yet but I will still have them for sale until I am. I am in the process of getting a spot at Rochester food market but for now will just like to serve the community with great food. They are 5 a piece and are rather large for the price.
