Choas Coordinator / Domestic Assistant I am a busy entrepreneur that works 10 hours a day but plays pretty hard when I am not working - sailing, rock climbing and adventuring with my wonderful partner in life and all things. We are looking for someone to help us with all the domestic things that we never have time to do and to help us both stay on task and organized with our personal responsibilities. This is a part time, flexible-hours position for someone that is 100% trustworthy, discrete, cares about people and the world, eats well, takes care of themselves and is highly organized with enough leftover spoons to help keep us organized also. We live on a beautiful lake in HIllsborough. This is part time, perhaps 2 days a week here and some of the organization tasks can be managed remotely with phone calls and reminders. Are you a self starter? Can you take some direction and then create and execute your own plan? Are you completely discrete? Are you wise, intelligent and thoughtful? You totally need to consider this part-time job! Responsibilities: It will change from day to day and you will mostly set your own agenda with some regular tasks and random additional tasks that we will put on a google keep list for you. - Helping us organize our personal tasks and hold us accountable to them - Developing and maintaining organizational plans for the house, putting stuff away, managing repair task (finding and managing tradesmen). Jenga stuff into the limited storage space. - Some Shopping - Sending and returning items - Dealing with trash and recycling - Tidying (we have cleaners, you can help schedule them) - Some Laundry (we do a lot, we are not domestically incompetent, we are just busy and need help). - Petting our cute dog Prowler - Taking sunny breaks on our deck overlooking the lake - Organizing the equipment and supplies in my home studio - Some meal prep possibly (Raw vegan anyone?) - Other stuff as it comes up.
