We are seeking a full time general maintenance position at Cimarron Park in Lake Elmo, MN. This beautiful all age community features a 505 site community with generous community amenities including a 9 hole, par 3 golf course.
We will train the right person!
What You'll Do (including, but not limited to):
- General maintenance of a 505 site manufactured community and golf course
- Small home repairs as needed
- Maintenance of grounds and common areas (lawn care, snow removal, etc.)
- Perform on-call emergency services as required on a rotation with other maintenance staff
- Assist with the WWTP as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
- Must be able to crawl under homes to complete repairs as needed
- Must be able to move heavy objects as requested
- Must be able to work outdoors
-Must be reliable and a self starter
Helpful Experience (Not Required) :
- Knowledge of manufactured housing a plus
- Plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus
- Mechanical knowledge a plus
- Plowing experience a plus
- Ability to drive a skid loader a plus
