Views and photographs of all aspects of the home in four angles front, back, side-to-side, roof, air conditioning unit, outdoor appliances, pools, street signs, grass and lawn, trees, windows, cars (no license plates please), bricks, yard appliances, visible damage, fool house/lawn (front pic), and front door and back door photographs. Please be able to make legible notes that can detail any construction issues onsite, suspicious activity, possible occupancy, and any other details they may be needed during an inspection. Please be able to capture approximately 30-40 photographs and be coachable and willing to call company owner (person who will send work orders to you) to ask about what else may be needed. Please have an email address if you respond to this ad, but be willing and able to check the email periodically throughout the day for inspection opportunities. Sometimes there are multiple opportunities in one week and more. Pay varies per job and rush jobs pays more. Pay ranges based on distances, loan type, and other criteria. The benefits are being able to take on more opportunities in the area and make supplemental income in addition to any current business/employment. Many inspections will be "Drive-by," where one passes by and gets out their car for photographs.
