****Lost Orange Tabby in Seward : Eugene**** DATE: 4/15/2021 LOCATION: Seward/Minneapolis LANDMARKS: Eugene was last seen on the corner of E 25th Street and 29th Avenue, right across from Matthews Park GENDER: M, Neutered AGE & SIZE: 7 years old - medium size COLORS/MARKINGS & FUR: Shorthair orange tabby OTHER DETAILS: Eugene has claws and a microchip. He has orange/brown eyes and is not wearing a collar. PURR-SONALITY: Eugene is a friendly indoor-only cat that loves to explore. We don't expect he's gone too far from home. HOW did your Cat become Lost: Our family had just moved in to a new house in Seward. We kept the basement/crawlspace blocked off for the first few weeks we lived there. When we had to open up the crawlspace in order for a new water reader to be installed, Eugene got in the basement and spent a day under the floor where we could not reach him. After cutting open the floor to no avail, we found a hole in the foundation that leads to our backyard. Although there are signs he was in the house as recent as this morning, we haven't heard him move or meow since and are assuming he got out.
