Need a small loan till next Monday

I'm on unemployment. I recently have had an issue with my way2go card. To pay rent for the week I had to send the money via Western Union. Monday the money transfer was cancelled due to an issue not related to me. The money, $139, is in the process of being refunded. Is there anyone who would be willing to loan this amount? I can provide proof of ability to repay. I've never done anything like this before. It sure what to do.
