Hello, I'm looking for a shih tzu puppy for my daughters birthday. She has really bad anxiety and small dogs like shih tzu have helped her a lot and we plan to turn the puppy into an emotional support animal so it can be with her 24/7. I dont really want to spend too much on one so if you have a puppy you cant sell, are rehoming, or selling for under 300, please text me and send pictures and ingo on the pup. I'm willing to drive to you and pay with cash only once I see the pup.
