Penelope is a red brown and white mid size Australian shepherd with one right blue Y and a docked tail. She's slightly skittish and will answer to the name Penelope. She was last seen on 4/10 around 6:30pm at the Back Bay Cafe in Los Osos heading toward Sweet Springs. She is sooo loved and missed. Please reach out with any information.
