One Infant and One Toddler Opening! Hello, I'm Tamara, I'm a mother of three grown children and caregiver/encourager of many. My experience working with children and their families is as diverse as the colors of the rainbow. I have taught in traditional preschools, directed a large child development center, oversaw the management of a children's museum and served as a member of the Cuesta College Child Development Advisory Committee. Over the past 30 years I have gained knowledge, understanding and I have given love and encouragement. Several years ago, I choose to simplify my life and leave the high stress of management and administration.  During this time I became a nanny.  This is when I realized that I am happiest surrounded by the innocence of children and natural healthy living. I cherish the days I spend with my friends. We love singing, dancing, reading books, and learning through play.  My enjoyment of these simple joys have confirmed that I am meant to work with children in a more intimate environment. I opened Earth Baby in April of 2017 which is truly a lifelong dream come true. I have purposely chosen to write this ad with the focus being on who I am instead of what a day is like at Earth Baby, choosing who your child is influenced by in the first 5 years is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. I would be happy to schedule some time to meet with you to further discuss my child development philosophies and share with you what a day is like at Earth Baby.
