Hey Craigslist, I’m looking for run-down looking houses in your area, and I will pay you $15 per hour to find them. Your job is to find 15-20 houses per hour of driving that meet the following criteria. You'll also get training on property inspections to help with our sales team. This involves using a camera and CRM Examples of houses that you would look for and send to me: Stuffed-full mailboxes Broken or boarded up windows Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters Visually in bad shape Vacant Tall grass and/or ignored landscaping Handicap ramp Window unit air-conditioning units Hasn’t been sold in the previous 2 years You'll need to have a valid driver's license, a smartphone with a working camera, and a basic understanding of how to navigate apps in general.
