Scope of work orders include basic plumbing like running a pex line, replacing faucets or snaking a drain or more sophisticated work like main drain digs. We're a property management company managing over 400 units in Detroit and surrounding areas. Here are the expectations: 1. Must accept ACH transfers - we can use zelle, cash app in the beginning, but to grow long term with us, we have to use direct deposits. 2. Must have all your own tools and have a reliable work truck 3. Be within 30 mins of Detroit. Most of our work is in Detroit and Eastpointe You do NOT have to be licensed, but you are expected to be very competent at plumbing.
