Must be detail oriented with a desire to produce the highest achievable quality standards attainable within a prescribed time period. Must have strong commitment towards safety with respect to maintaining tools in clean working order. Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to get along with various coworkers. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include some evenings and nights as well as some weekends, as to work around normal production hot work and various trade activities Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00am-5:30pm, OT on Fridays Physical Requirements: Must be able to periodically lift 50 pounds. Must be able to work in both confined space and aloft as required. Must be able to meet respirator pulmonary function fit testing requirements.
