This is the position for you! Pay: DOE Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to develop our team to its fullest potential. Manage production and quality while working to improve production control, standard operating procedures, safety, quality control & performance management. Be a safety role model and exercise strong leadership to focus plant efforts on priorities & continuous improvements in the manufacturing process. Implement improved quality and production tracking systems, monitor daily progress, and manage KPI’s. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred Five (5) years of production supervision experience in manufacturing required. Must have experience with quality processes Must understand inventory management Must value continuous improvement Must be highly organized have great attention to detail Possess strong influencing skills to know how to communicate with all levels of the organization.
