Good Morning Campers! Memo: Camping Meeting and 1st Trips What a great start to the week, just a reminder that our final two meetings to plan out our first camping trips will be held on this Sunday, April 18th @ 1pm, We are meeting atCoffee at the Assembly Mall in Medford,Ma. (meet at the outside tables, but if it rains I will reserve a table for us) this is also why face pics are required so we will know who to watch for until we all get to know one another....Phone numbers are also required so that if any changes and also if someone were to get lost at camps. April 25th (sunday) @1pm we will meet at the open grills in Cleveland circle and have a cookout, potluck style, with horseshoes, frisbee, etc, this will give us a chance again to know one another. Sundays Meeting: Agenda: Introductions of each other How the camp group started years ago and why? Camping Supplies; Tents, Food, Rain Gear, Wood, Transportation, Medical Supplies, etc Menu: friday night to sunday morning Rules: no drugs, no alcohol, no hate, no bs! Clothing when around the campground, be respectful to others Chores: each camper will get a chore; example; get the wood from woods for fires at night, Food, someone go to camp store to get milk, eggs, etc, Tents: someone helps set up sets, Cooking, someone helps with cooking.....etc Food, Most food will be included, which I will be bringing, but some items we may have to buy at the camp store; milk, eggs, etc Transportation: ON Sunday, we will see who has cars/trucks to drive other members, those helping with transportation will get a small stipend for gas. (some may need to take train, bus, or taxi on some trips, but we will work all this out) Tents: I have two extra tents, one is good for three guys, other is good for two. (we will accomodate those who may need tents) everyone should double up or trips up) Medical Supplies: I will be providing most items. MOTTO of our group: TO have fun, smile alot, be like a family of brothers. AGES of group: 20s-50s We will allow 18+ LImit to our group: Due to Covid, our group will put a close of only "10-12" men, If you do not show up at meetings, then we will open your spot for another camper, we only have four-five months of camping and dont have time for games, etc....... Unless you have let me know and group (emergency only)! PRESENTLY WE HAVE THE "10" THAT WE WILL START WITH, SO SHOW UP SUNDAY! FInally, I want to thank you all for your part, I know alot of emails up till our 1st trips to gether, but the fun will start in nature setting by campfires, playing sports, going to the rec halls, swimming, etc, but its up to you all to make this happen and have lots of fun...
