I am looking for help maintaining rental properties and doing some serious remodeling both in Chugiak and Anchorage. Need somebody able to follow directions and have moderate hand/power tool knowledge. I need someone reliable and responsible. Paying $12.50/hr. More if knowledgeable in either plumbing or drywall. Temporary full time.
