We are looking for full-time, entry-level Inside Sales Representative/Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn and grow within our organization. Requirements: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills High self-motivation and a drive to succeed A passion for learning sales and the mortgage industry Customer service experience highly preferred Must be 18 years old Eligible to work in the US Have reliable transportation Responsibilities: Making outbound calls (200 plus/day) Pre-qualifying homeowners for Loans Hitting daily quotas (10 transfers a day) Working with our top mortgage loan consultants Keeping a positive attitude and demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow Why Should You Apply?
