We are looking for Landscape Laborers (seasonal contractors) now through Oct. The position may transition to full time based on needs of the company and individual performance. Responsibilities: · Provide landscape maintenance and cleanup · Use machinery such as string trimmers and blowers · Landscape and lawn installations · Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls · Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes · Sweep walkways of debris · Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed Qualifications: · At least 18 years old · Previous experience in landscaping or grounds keeping preferred · Must pass background check and drug test · Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Who you are: · Open-Minded: open to new ideas, willing to listen and observe, humble · Love the Outdoors: enjoys varying environments/weather, not afraid to get dirty · Self-Motivated: driven, strong work ethic, willing to "do what it takes" · Adaptable: can think on your feet, nimble, flexible · Collaborative: strong people skills, able to give and receive constructive feedback, willing to speak-up · Be part of a tight-knit group working in a team environment Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm, no weekends, no holidays, no OT. Pay: Hourly rate is negotiable depending upon experience and education Paid bi-weekly as a contractor.
