VOLUNTEERS Needed for CDC Funded COVID Long Hauler Study

We are currently enrolling participants in a new CDC-funded COVID-19 study, Innovative Support For Patients With SARS-CoV-2 Infections Registry (INSPIRE). This study will focus on the long-term physical and mental effects of Covid-19. Participants will share their symptoms and experience via online surveys and will share their health information.
