Spinning bike help

I have a spinning bike that has belt issues. In order for me to fit the belt back on the wheel, I had to unscrew the wheel, push the wheel forward then reattach the belt to it. Bc the belt is new and extremely tight I cannot push the wheel forward into it's proper place to screw it to the front frame. I need assistance screwing the wheel to the front frame. There's a bolt they said it's called, eye bolt. That attaches the wheel to the frame. I can't get that eye bolt attached to the frame. It is a Yosuda bike. I watched YouTube videos but something doesn't seem right bc the video looks extremely easy yet I find it impossible! Any advise or help is much needed, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
