Are you trying to quit smoking? Have you tried before but can't seem to make it stick? Visit to see if you're eligible to participate in the Altering Smoking Habits study at the University of Oregon! You can earn up to $300 for participating! -------------------------------- UO's SAN Lab is currently recruiting for a study on quitting smoking. The study involves 2 MRI brain scans, an 8-week text-message based training program, and several biological measures of smoking over the course of 6 months. We have revised our protocols to be COVID-19 safe and make as much of the study remote as possible! Your safety and the safety of our Research Assistants is our highest priority. More information on our COVID precautions is available upon request. Eligibility criteria: - 25-55 years old - Chronic smoking history (≥10 cigarettes/day for at least 2 years) - Right-handed (Sorry lefties! It's not you, it's an MRI study requirement.
