Description

Somebody somewhere (or several somebodies) has it to spare, has the time to wait, and has a good personal reason (or a few) to do it. $200,000 equals over 50% ownership. I'd prefer I have 51%, but, right now, I've got 48%. Survivorship deed. I live there until I die. When I die, it's all yours or whoever you will it to. I'm responsible for taxes, insurance, ongoing expenses, maintenance costs, etc. I'm 50 years old. I was born in the house. I'm Trustee of the Trust. I'd be really surprised if I have another 20 years in me, but I guess there's a chance it could be another 50 - could be tomorrow. I have to have full control over decisions about the house. I have ideas for how to use it. Those ideas are for a conversation. I'm open to hearing other ideas. This could be a phenomenal investment for the right investor. This neighborhood has a history of being stable on the market and all indications are that the house will only increase in value. The house is currently on the market. 425 Oread Road.
