Employers Overload is currently hiring for a Cereal/Granola Factory located in the Eugene area. The current positions we have available is working in the production packaging department. These positions will be working 5 days working with 2 days off. Must be open to a flexible schedule. These are temp-to-hire positions. We currently have Immediate openings available Starting at $15.00-16.00 *Case packing and hand palletizing pouches and cartons.* 1st shift 6:15-2:45PM 2nd shift 2:15PM-10:45PM 3rd Shift 10:15-5:45AM *Requirements* --6 months to a year of recent work experience --Pass pre-employment screening --Good Attendance --Team Player --Stay on task --Able to do repetitive work Physical Requirement; Must be able to walk or stand for up to 8+ hours per shift. • Must be able to reach above shoulders for 1+ hours per shift. • Must be able to balance, bend, crouch, kneel, and stoop for 4+ hours per shift. • Must be able to perform simple grasping, push, pull, and feel for 4+ hours per shift. • Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds.
