As an entry-level Property Maintenance Technician, you are expected to help maintain and repair the many properties we manage. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, organized and efficient. Our entry level position assists our team with both yard care and general property maintenance. GENERAL JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Painting (primarily interior) General home repair Yard / Landscape maintenance and repair (Mow, weed, edge, trim bushes and trees, etc) Using lawn care equipment Cleaning and maintaining grounds Scheduling assigned repairs with tenants Drywall repair Basic plumbing Basic electrical Posting notices on properties Picking up / delivering materials APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO Work both independently and as a member of a team effectively Take direction from a supervisor Demonstrate ethical behavior and integrity at all times Take initiative and anticipate problems Demonstrate professional appearance and good hygiene at all times Climb ladders Routinely lift and carry items weighing 50-90lbs Operate hand and power tools Applicants must pass a criminal background investigation with Fair Chance hiring practices. MORE INFORMATION Compensation $12.00 -14.00/hr, depending on experience This position will be a minimum of 25 hours per week. We are open to part time or full time candidates.
