2 latino couples mid 30s to early 40yrs of age was randomly making physical threats to certain ethnic groups for no apparent reason. Then started staring down people who seems smaller than them and desperately wanting attention. They were also being abnormally paranoid that people would do something to their car. This incident happened in Rancho Cucamonga at Johnny Os Cafe. Please be safe and alert should you come across them because they are volatile and mentally unstable!
