Princess Ivanka got the vaccine, and she wants you to get it, too. When people refuse the vaccine, they are making it more likely they will catch the virus and infect a vulnerable person. When people refuse the vaccine, they become a potential host for the virus to mutate into a more virulent strain. More mutations mean new strains of the virus, against which our current vaccines might not be effective. That will translate into a prolonged pandemic. In other words, prolonged lockdowns, slower economic recovery, and a longer time until things are semi-normal again. So, pretty please with sugar on top, get the fucking shot.
