Description
PRINCETON, NJ — Witherspoon Street will be closed for one additional night on Thursday due to utility work, Princeton Police said.
Last week, a PSEG hired contractor began underground utility work in the township, resulting in Witherspoon Street being closed between Wiggins Street and Green Street.
The work, which was initially supposed to end Monday, has been extended by another day.
The street will be closed on Thursday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Motorists should avoid the area and pedestrians should follow the directions of traffic officers and workers on the site.
