Tower Climbers/Technicians Needed

ColdSnap Towers performs maintenance on Meteorological Towers, on Wind Farms across the United States. We are seeking 4 Tower Climbers/Technicians, to assist with our field operations. Mobilizations are 3-5 weeks per trip, with 1-2 weeks off in between. Work is 5-7 days per week, and 8-14 hours per day (weather and work scope permitting). There is a lot of travel involved; some of it driving, some of it flying. ColdSnap Towers is a 17 year old company, in a booming industry, with room for advancement. Checkout our webpage at www.coldsnaptowers.com Pre-Requisites: -MT state resident with Drivers License (or willing to move). Preferably a resident in the Flathead Valley, but not mandatory. -Previous tower experience will receive first consideration (References are required). Rock and ice climbing experience is advantageous too. -Be in good physical shape. -Have a high regard to safety (free climbing will not be tolerated). -Basic electrical systems understanding is helpful. -Willing and prepared to work in Fall/ early Winter conditions. Employees are responsible to provide their own cold weather apparel. -Tolerance of misery (to include frigid cold, blazing hot, high winds, and constant exposure to the elements. Mental fortitude is a must). -Available for and capable of passing paid training. Training to include Tower Rescue, CPR/First Aid, OHSA 10 hour, NFPA70E, Fire Extinguisher Use, and Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW). Training will be online and in the classroom. -Employees are required to provide their own steel toe boots and work gloves. All other PPE is provided by ColdSnap Towers.
