Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job At Girard Management, our Maintenance Technicians are an integral part of our company mission to provide outstanding property management service to our tenants. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team of maintenance professionals who work on-site at our properties within the Twin Cities. You will work independently to trouble shoot a variety of maintenance issues with the support of an experienced team. You will continually improve your skill set by learning on the job. This is a full time 40 hour per week job primarily located in St. Anthony with occasional needs within the Minneapolis area. There is opportunity for over-time pay for working over 40 hours per week when you are on call. You will drive your own car and be reimbursed for mileage. Duties of a Maintenance Technician Provide maintenance service and repairs for multi-housing properties. Work independently and as part of a team to provide general maintenance service to tenants. Responsible for providing a wide variety of repairs at multi-housing and commercial buildings which include but are not limited to:plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical service, pool maintenance, boiler service, and turnover service. Responsible for managing and completing delegated work orders, reporting handwritten maintenance work orders to the office and discussing work performed with the management team and maintenance manager. Maitenance Technician Qualifications 2+ years of maintenance technician experience Special boilers license High school diploma Specialized training in maintenance work Valid Drivers license Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test
