A Family-Run Real Estate and Construction Company is looking for a Well Rounded Journeyman Carpenter to join their team! Job Duties: - Remodel apartment complexes around Redwood City that were built in the 60's - First job: build 12 decks on multi complex building, build walls - After the first project it will be general carpentry work: - Install luxury vinyl flooring - Drywall - Installing windows - Refacing Cabinets install new doors and drawer fronts - Painting interior - Bathroom remodel - Kitchen remodel - Some trim work - Stucco - Work alongside 1 to 2 helpers Must Have: - 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Carpenter - High End Residential job site experience - Experience building decks - Reliable vehicle - Provide basic hand and wood working tools Job Details: - Pay Rate: $40 to $47/hour - Work Week: M to F - Hours: 7am to 4:30pm - Paid weekly
