Contractor/handyman seeking per diem help

Handyman/small job contractor seeking someone for occasional help, this would be a per diem/by the day job and paid at the days end unless your help is needed for multiple days Am open to someone who's skilled at many tasks but willing to work with the right person, perfect job for a high school student for the upcoming summer or college student. Projects include most aspects of carpentry, but mostly involve finish work, decks, dry rot repair, paint, kitchens and bathrooms, and everything in between. Ideally looking for help with general prep, labor, running cuts for various carpentry projects, cleanup etc. Although some of these projects are small, a keen eye and attention to the smallest details is necessary! Even for the prep! Every job is treated the same regardless of being high end or not. I have a long standing relationship with my customers so you must carry yourself well and be presentable/respectful. Absolutely prefer if you have your own basic tools but willing to share mine. Very easy going and friendly here. Pay will depend on experience and the tasks at hand but will range from $18/hr and higher.
