HANDYPERSON NEEDED by property management company. Part tile position. The person would do lots of clean up, some simple carpentry, and other mechanical things. Our big projects are in the Hayward area. We also have work in other parts of the Bay Area. We have been paying $25.00 per. If the person has more experience like plumbing, mechanical work, even typing or foreign languages, we pay more. Person should have a driver’s license. The job usually works well for collage or high school student. Languages we are particularly looking for are Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
