Our professional tree & shrub production crews take pride in performing quality trimming, pruning and removal services year-round. Those with prior experience in tree, landscape or heavy labor experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation *Bi-weekly pay period *Earn up to $1,000 in Performance Incentives *$160 per day (Avg. up to $23/hr.) *Drivers with good driving record can earn $165-$170/ day *Paid time off (PTO) *Medical and Voluntary Dental available after 60 days employment *Company paid for Life Insurance available after 60 days employment *401(K) and Roth 401(K) available Responsibilities and Duties *Comfortable using a chainsaw *Able to gather brush and feed into wood chipper *Must have endurance to perform job duties throughout a standard 8 hour day. *In good physical shape and able to lift, move and maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. *Excellent internal and external customer service skills, ensuring clients’ needs are met in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion by demonstrating courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism *Show up to work each day on time; complete all tasks within time expectations; adhere to company dress code policy; follows inclement weather policy and time off reporting procedures *Able to work well in all temperatures/ weather and tolerate excessive noise from machines, chainsaws, wood chipper with use of hearing protection. Requirements *Reliable vehicle and valid Washington State Driver’s License *Ability to work Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays
