Investor looking for good tile guy to do:
1. Install straight 66 sf ft ceramic 12x24 tiles on the wall in shower area only.
2. Install straight 45 sq ft on the floor on thinset.
3. Also need to do grout about 900 sq ft.
For experienced tile guy whole job must take max 2 days.
Must have experience and tools.
