Bowery Showroom, a New York-based designer vintage and lifestyle brand, is opening the doors to its first retail location in New York City on Saturday, April 17th, 2021. Located in Manhattan’s Lower East Side, Bowery Showroom is a concept store and community-focused cultural hub for Gen Z and above. More than just a designer thrift store, the retail destination will carry products from their wildly popular sister brand, Potion. On top of rare sneakers and designer grails, a strong focus will be placed on clothing, art, and packaged snacks from New York-based artists and small businesses. Bowery Showroom will serve as a community lounge and culture hub that hosts creative workshops, art installations, and parties that enable community members to create their own art and express themselves in an inclusive, accessible, future-facing atmosphere. Ahead of their official grand opening, Bowery Showroom is already a viral hit. The brand has been teasing the concept behind their new location on TikTok to explosive success, earning over 6 million views. With organic TikTok and Instagram promotion alone, over 3,000 shoppers lined up on the first day of their pre-launch warehouse sale in early March.
