Husky found by neighbor and staying with me

Neighbor found a Husky in his backyard. I offered to have stay with us until owner can be located. No name tag, but has a Multnomah County tag that I will follow up on during business hours. Thought this would be faster way for owner to find this sweet dog. If you think this is your lost dog, please let me know if you can identify as male or female and please describe the collar.
